  • Local chapters and mentors
  • Offering of On-line Degrees

SWAYAM 1.0 was Launched on 9th July 2017 by the President of India with the Objectives of Equal access to Quality education ,Increase GER in Higher Education from 26 to 30 in next 5 years and Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime learning

In SWAYAM platform:-
2800+ courses offered
1.23 Crore students enrolled in the courses
Examinations conducted across 125 cities across India
Over 5 lakh students obtained certificates.

3)Scheme for Higher Education Youth in Apprenticeship and Skills (SHREYAS):=
A new Scheme for Higher Education Youth in Apprenticeship and Skills (SHREYAS) was launched for providing industry apprenticeship opportunities to the general graduates exiting in April 2019 through the National Apprenticeship Promotional Scheme (NAPS).

4)Department of Justice participates in New Delhi Wold Book Fair to celebrate “Its My Duty”:- A “Kiosk” for reading of Preamble has been set up to extol all especially children to read the Preamble and obtain a certificate of reading the Preamble.

5)Farmers Science Congress conducted for the first time in Indian Science Congress:– The Farmer’s Science Congress was inaugurated for the first time in the 107 years of history of the Indian Science Congress, highlighting the importance of farmer’s innovations and their scientific validity.

Farmers Science Congress was organized as a part of the ongoing 107th Indian Science Congress at University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru. Around 120 innovative farmers from across the country are participating in Farmers Science Congress and showcase their products.

Experts from the different agriculture sector discussed on three themes; Farmers innovation on integrated agriculture and entrepreneurship for doubling farmers income; Climate change, bio-diversity, conservation, ecosystem services & farmers empowerment and Agrarian distress, rural bio-entrepreneurship, policy issues in a day event.
