Manav:- Manav is India’s first humanoid robot which was developed in the laboratory of A-SET Training and Research Institutes by Diwakar Vaish in late December 2014.
Rashmi:- Rashmi is world first Hindi speaking realistic humanoid robot and India’s first lip-syncing robot. The Ranchi based software engineer Ranjit Srivastava has developed it.
Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act, 2000):- It is an Act of the Indian Parliament fortified on 17th October, 2000 This Act addresses the following issues: –
–Legal recognition of electronic documents.
–Legal recognition of digital signatures.
–Offenses and contravention.
–Justice Dispensation Systems for cyber crimes
This Act has been amended in 2008. Changes in the amendment include re-defining terms such as ‘communication device’ to reflect current use, validating digital signatures and contracts, making the owner of a given IP address responsible for content accessed or distributed through it and making corporations responsible for implementing effective data security practices and liable for breaches.
National Cyber Security Policy 2013 :-
- It is a policy framework by Deptt of Electronics and Information Technology, Governnment of India. It aims at protecting the public and private infrastructure from cyber attacks. The policy also intends to safeguard information such as personal information (of web users), finance and banking information and sovereign data.
